Health Me Medical Center · Last updated September 16, 2026

Health Me Medical Center is an AI-powered wellness and health-information companion. It is not a medical provider, clinic, or telehealth service, and it does not provide medical diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment. The AI features are self-service informational tools, available 24/7 — they are not a substitute for care from a licensed human clinician, and 24/7 availability refers to the AI self-service tools, not 24/7 human clinicians.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Health Me Medical Center ("Health Me," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of a minor or dependent, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.

2. Nature of the Service

Health Me provides AI-generated health information, symptom triage guidance, wellness coaching, and self-management tools. The AI providers (e.g., "AI Doctor," "AI Nurse," specialists) are software assistants, not licensed human clinicians, and they do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. "24/7 availability" and similar messaging refer to AI-powered self-service access, not the availability of human clinicians. Any reference to a "doctor's note" produced by the service is an AI-generated documentation draft that is not a valid or official medical document until reviewed and signed by your own licensed clinician.

3. No Medical Advice & Emergencies

Nothing in the service is medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before making decisions about your health or the health of others, and always verify AI-generated information. In a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately — do not rely on this service. The service is not intended for urgent or emergency situations.

4. Privacy & Data Processing

Health Me is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We handle your information in line with HIPAA privacy principles and applicable law, but we are not subject to HIPAA as a regulated medical provider. When you use AI consultations (AI Doctor, AI Nurse, specialists, etc.), the symptoms, messages, and any files or photos you share are processed by third-party AI services to generate responses; those providers may retain or process data under their own policies. Do not enter information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service. Your records are shared with other people only when you explicitly authorize it (for example, through the Clinician Access or Record Share features) or when required by law.

5. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide (account details, health profile, symptoms, vitals, medications, records, uploaded files, and payment information), usage data, and device/browser data. We use this information to provide and improve the service, generate AI responses, send reminders and notifications you request, process payments, and communicate with you.

6. Data Sharing

We share your information with: (a) third-party AI providers that power AI features, as described above; (b) service infrastructure and hosting providers; (c) healthcare providers or family members you explicitly authorize; and (d) authorities or parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal health information.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and you may revoke access you have granted to clinicians or caregivers. You can manage many of these settings in the Privacy Dashboard and Profile sections of the app.

9. Payments, Memberships & Refunds

Some features require payment (memberships, doctor's-note drafts, medical ID cards, health-food orders, supplements, etc.). Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Fees are disclosed before purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase and applicable law; contact patient support for refund requests. Purchasing a membership or feature does not create a provider-patient relationship or entitle you to medical care.

10. Partner & Facility Programs

Health Me offers onboarding for subcontractors, call centers, insurance partners, and healthcare facilities. Participation in these programs is governed by separate agreements. Applicants acknowledge that misrepresentation or fraud voids any agreement and may result in legal action. Partner data is handled per the applicable agreement and this Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Me and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated information or delay in seeking professional medical care.

12. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Family-member profiles are managed by an authorized adult account holder.

13. Changes & Contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions about these terms or your privacy, contact patient support through the Contact Us page.

This document is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed and finalized by a qualified attorney before production reliance.
