Your Payment Schedule
You earn commission on the total one-time implementation/onboarding fee for every facility you close. Commission is NOT calculated on monthly maintenance or financing interest.

Payment Timing
- Commission is paid within 5 business days after Health Me Medical Center receives full payment of the onboarding fee from the closed facility.
- For financed deals: commission is paid on the total one-time fee upfront — at the moment financing is approved and the contract is executed — not on the monthly financing payments.
- You will receive a commission statement detailing the facility name, onboarding fee, commission rate applied, and net commission payable.
- A valid W-9 (or equivalent tax form) must be on file before any payment is issued. You are responsible for your own taxes; the Company does not withhold any payroll taxes.

Step 2 — Initial Outreach
Cold call or email. Keep it brief: introduce Health Me Health Intelligence™, mention AI-powered care, and request a 15-minute discovery call. Do NOT discuss pricing in the initial outreach.

Step 3 — Discovery Call
Ask about their current EHR, pain points, patient volume, staff size, and growth plans. This determines the pricing tier. Listen more than you talk.

Step 4 — Facility Application
Have the facility complete the onboarding application at our facility-onboarding page. This captures their details, scale, and interested modules.

Step 5 — Proposal
Our team reviews the application and generates a personalized integration proposal with pricing. You present this to the facility. This is where pricing is shared — privately and professionally.

Step 6 — Negotiation & Close
Address objections (cost, integration, staff training). Offer financing options to make the upfront cost manageable. Get the facility to sign the onboarding agreement and pay the implementation fee.

Step 7 — Commission Payout
Once Health Me receives full payment, your commission is calculated and paid within 5 business days via your chosen payment method. For financed deals, you are paid upfront at contract execution.

Step 8 — Ongoing Relationship
Stay in touch with closed facilities for upsell opportunities (additional modules, multi-site expansion). These can generate additional commission on development costs.
